Míriam Félix brings deep local knowledge of Menorca together with a professional background that combines creativity, production and project management.
Born and raised on the island, she knows its landscapes, hidden places and trusted collaborators, allowing Esencia to offer authentic and carefully curated experiences.
Originally trained as a professional cellist, she has developed an international artistic career performing at events and productions with renowned artists and DJs, while also leading projects related to event production, audiovisual creation and business management.
Her multidisciplinary profile blends artistic sensitivity, organization and strategic vision to create experiences connected to the true essence of Menorca.
Sara Younkman brings an international perspective and a strong background in client relations and project development within international environments.
With a degree in Business Administration and experience across banking, consulting and luxury hospitality, she has developed a strong ability to understand clients’ needs and translate them into carefully curated experiences.
Her work with international clients and corporate partners has given her a deep understanding of service excellence, attention to detail and long-term relationship management.
Fluent in English, Spanish and Catalan, Sara brings a global perspective that complements the local expertise behind the project.
